Meet Sue Cobb
Sue Cobb, owner of Red Bird Integrated Consulting, has 32 years of project management experience, working on affordable housing developments ranging in cost from $1MM to $15MM, with a total of over 50 properties and 1,500 apartments created. Sue's focus on energy efficient systems, thoughtful layout and sustainable design, help clients realize their goals efficiently and effectively while relieving the burden of the day-to-day responsibilities of project management. Sue's most recent work on homeless shelters, recovery housing, childcare centers, and farm worker housing has broadened her scope of experience and increased her passion for resilient, healthy and inclusive communities.
